Attorney Profile

A lifelong citizen of Lee County, Matt Blanchard hails from a family history of public service. His paternal grandfather, John Blanchard, is a retired veteran of the United States Navy, and his maternal grandfather,  Everett Swann, was also a Navy veteran. In addition to his military service, Everett served as a member of the Lee County School Board and later as a member of the Lee County Board of Supervisors until the time of his death. The remainder of his unfinished term was completed by Matt’s maternal grandmother, Martha Swann, who had retired after a long career as a teacher in the Lee County School System.
